Junior Project Coordinator (Expert Selection)
Overview & Responsibilities
As a Junior Project Coordinator at ENCOMPASS, you will assist the business development and project teams in expert search, selection, and project development efforts. Your key responsibilities will include:

Identifying and engaging qualified candidates from various sources to enhance project teams.

Evaluating expert qualifications to ensure they meet tender requirements.

Facilitating interviews and negotiating engagement terms with project experts.

Tailoring CVs to align with tender specifications.
-
Maintaining organized project documentation and reporting systems.
-
Contributing to the overall goals and initiatives of the team.
This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic consulting environment.
Education & Experience:

Bachelor's or Master’s degree (ongoing studies can also be considered) in Business, Management, HR, International Relations, or related fields.

Some experience in project support is desirable.

Interest to work in the international development sector is required.
Skills & Competencies:

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Suite.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Russian and Uzbek.

A process-oriented mindset.

Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all responsibilities.

Strong interpersonal skills with a talent for building and nurturing professional relationships.
Working hours: Full-time office-based position in Tashkent
