We are looking for a Senior/Lead Full-Stack Engineer to join our innovative team. You will play a key role in developing our internal marketing platform designed to enhance communication with potential clients via LinkedIn, as well as to collect and analyze data. Major responsibilities:

Participation in making architectural decisions and improving existing processes

Team management and mentoring of junior developers

Code optimization and scaling

Development and support of web application
-
Conducting code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability

Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the team

Communicating with stakeholders via email, messengers and calls
We'd love to hear from you if you have:

7+ years of experience on commercial projects

Strong knowledge of TypeScript

Confident use of Node.JS, PostgreSQL and any Front-end framework

Experience with containerization systems

Understanding of CI/CD principles

Ability to write high-quality and scalable code
-
Knowledge of testing tools

Experience with version control systems

Experience in team management / mentoring

B2 English level fluency
Nice to have:

Experience with AI models, LinkedIn API, Telegram bots

Knowledge of Python, MongoDB
