We are seeking a skilled and experienced Compliance Officer with a strong background in the gambling industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Regulatory Compliance: ensure that the company's operations comply with all relevant gambling regulations and laws;
• Complaints resolution: assist the Head of Compliance in resolving customer complaints, ensuring fair and transparent outcomes while maintaining compliance with applicable regulations;
• Policy Development: assist the Head of Compliance in developing, implementing, and reviewing compliance policies and procedures to align with evolving regulatory frameworks;
• Risk Assessment: assist the Head of Compliance in regular risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential compliance risks;
• Provide recommendations for improvements and enhancements to existing compliance programs;
  Investigations: assist the Head of Compliance in investigations into any compliance-related incidents or issues, ensuring prompt resolution and reporting to relevant authorities when necessary;
• Stay Informed: keep abreast of changes in gambling regulations, industry trends, and emerging best practices, providing timely updates to the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, or a related field;
• 3+ years of experience in a compliance role within the gambling industry;
• In-depth knowledge of gambling regulations;
• Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken);
• Strong legal drafting skills;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
