Crowdsourcing Campaign Specialist with Experience in Cryptocurrency Projects at Web3 Marketing Agency
The international Web3 marketing agency Gagarin is seeking a Crowdsourcing Campaign Specialist who will be responsible for the development, launch, and support of crowdsourcing projects. Our company specializes in providing high-quality services for projects in the Web3 space, and we are looking for someone who can effectively manage crowdsourcing campaigns, achieve set goals, and ensure maximum efficiency in working with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Development of Quests and Pointonomics: Create a task list and allocate the prize pool based on project goals.
- Platform Determination: Choose the platform for launching core tasks and build a traffic acquisition funnel.
- Promotion Campaign Planning: Define KOLs and other promotional channels, create content for announcements.
- Crowdsourcing Campaign Launch: Organize the launch and update tasks as needed.
- Monitoring and Optimization: Track campaign results and provide suggestions for improvement if KPIs are not met.
- Campaign Completion: Summarize results, verify tasks, and organize payments.
- Reporting: Create reports on campaign results, identify winners, and organize payments.
- Experience in crowdsourcing and digital marketing.
- Excellent understanding of the cryptocurrency industry and Web3.

Good understanding of KOLs marketing, crowdsourcing campaigns (TaskOn, Galxe, Zealy), traffic arbitration, user acquisition programs.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, ability to work in a team and maintain client relationships.

English skill is not lower than B2.
