Responsible for assisting the Guest Relations Manager in the recognition of all Repeat, VIP and special occasion guests visiting the hotel and for informing all hotel departments of the guests arrival’s, special needs and requests, personal preferences and the delivery of preferred services and amenities. Responsible for maintaining guest history database in Project Mystique, producing and distributing the Guest Recognition daily and other reports. Responsible for the management of all individual guests warm welcome and fond farewell process. Responsible for meeting, recognizing and energizing anticipation of guests needs.
