Data Analyst / Продуктовый аналитик (Product)
We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Product Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will analyze product-related data, generate insights, and provide actionable recommendations to improve product performance, user experience, and overall business growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, marketing, and sales to support data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:

Data Collection & Analysis: Collect, process, and analyze large datasets related to product performance, user behavior, and market trends.

Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key product metrics (KPIs), such as customer retention, product usage, and user engagement.

Insights Generation: Create detailed reports and dashboards to communicate trends, anomalies, and insights to stakeholders.

Data-Driven Strategy: Work closely with the product team to identify opportunities for product enhancements, optimizations, and new feature development.

A/B Testing: Design, execute, and evaluate A/B tests to measure the impact of product changes and new features.

Customer Segmentation: Perform customer segmentation analysis to understand different user cohorts and personalize the product experience.

Forecasting & Modeling: Develop predictive models to anticipate user behavior, product usage, and market trends.

Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and other teams to inform and align data-driven decisions.

Data Quality: Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency in reporting by maintaining clean and structured data.
Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Computer Science. A master’s degree is a plus.

Experience: 4+ years of experience in a data analyst / product analyst role / business intelligence, preferably within product teams.

Technical Skills:

Experience with product analytics tools such as Amplitude.

Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.

Clear understanding of product metrics.

Strong knowledge of statistical analysis and techniques.

Proficiency in data querying languages like SQL.

Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, R) is a plus.

Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications:
