Lawyer

Global Clinical Trials, an international CRO, is seeking a candidate in St. Petersburg to take a position of a Lawyer. A successful candidate will have a higher professional education in Law, fluent written and spoken Russian and English.

The successful candidate’s duties will include but are not limited to:

• Negotiating, reviewing and drafting contracts/agreements, including contractor's agreements, employment contracts, currency contracts, lease agreements, service contracts, supply contracts, insurance contracts as well as additional agreements, amendments to contracts and local normative acts.
• Development of contract standard forms as well as harmonization of Company’s Policies and Procedures (orders, job descriptions, etc.).
• Preparation of amendments to constituent documents, registration of changes.
• Notarization of legal papers.
• Maintenance of all corporate documentation in accordance with the Russian legislation.
• Legal assistance in preparation of various legal documents for all company units.

Qualifications:

• Professional experience: from 1 years of professional experience
• Higher professional education in Law as well as knowledge of legal and regulatory framework
• Extensive knowledge of civil, corporate, insurance and labour law
• Good knowledge of customs and tax legislation
• Efficient communications and writing skills in legal area
• Ability to work independently and carefully process large amounts of documents
• Computer literacy, high proficiency in legal databases, including Consultant-Plus Legal Data System
• English (Upper-intermediate level). Professional terminology
