International Lawyer

Currently we are seeking for an International corporate Lawyer to join our Finstek Team and serve our companies. You will be assisting our legal team in the delivery of various corporate legal services, supporting our group of companies by making preliminary research, reviewing and preparing corporate legal documents and contracts.

Responsibilities

• draft legal documents, such as briefs, agreements and contracts 
• help to prepare legal arguments, applications and declarations 
• check and edit legal forms and documents for accuracy 
• research and enforce NDA and legal and regulatory compliance in different countries where we have offices, staff or clients
• research copyright and trademark laws in different jurisdictions and initiate copyright filings in different countries
• perform legal and factual research 
• interface with disputes of clients and vendors
• cross-check and validate information 
• prepare correspondence, clients communication 
• prepare legal reports 
• review and monitor our websites texts for any possible legal corrections
• review and monitor new and updated laws and regulations

You will need to have

• A law degree or a relevant education/training 
• 3+ years of a relevant working experience 
• strong oral and communication skills, excellent organizational skills 
• good level of proficiency in spoken and written English, B2+
