We are now on the cusp of entering the international market and as we expand our business in Dubai, we are looking for a Sales Manager (ROP). You will be leading the sales team in one of the most dynamic and prestigious regions in the world. This is an opportunity to lead strategic direction, manage company growth and develop partnerships to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales of company merchandise, develop and implement growth strategies.

  • Personal sales for key accounts and partner development.

  • Plan, organize and supervise the activities of sales representatives.

  • Coordinate and supervise interaction with transportation services.

  • Recruit, adapt and train a team of sales representatives.

  • Ensure sales plan fulfillment and organize work with accounts receivable.

Requirements:

  • Experience in managing sales on a full-time B2B basis for 1 year or more.

  • Successful experience in personal sales and achieving results.

  • Experience in recruitment, adaptation and training of sales professionals.

  • Proficiency with PCs and sales analysis tools.
