Lead QA
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead QA to oversee and manage our quality assurance efforts and strengthen the RichBrains team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership abilities, an in-depth understanding of quality assurance processes, and a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of 7 QA engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement;

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and other departments to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle;

Define and implement QA strategies, methodologies, and processes;

Ensure comprehensive test coverage by understanding the functionality, requirements, and user experience;

Oversee the execution of manual and automated tests, analyzing and reporting defects and quality metrics;

Identify areas for process improvement and drive initiatives to enhance the quality and efficiency of the QA processes;

Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies, integrating them into the QA process where appropriate;

Ensure that QA standards are consistently met and followed;

Provide regular updates on testing progress, quality metrics, and project risks to stakeholders;

Assess risks and identify critical areas of the application that require thorough testing.
Requirements:

4+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 1 year in a leadership role;

English proficiency at Upper-intermediate level to be able to defend the chosen technical solutions;

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills;

Proficiency in QA methodologies, tools, and processes;

Hands-on experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Playwright, Selenium, JUnit, TestNG);

Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies;

Experience with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Testmo);

Strong analytical, problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills;

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
