KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Development & implementation of marketing and PR strategy
  • Development and implementation of marketing/promotional activities (Outdoor, Press, PR, Digital, BTL)
  • Leading cross functional project teams for marketing initiatives
  • Development and implementation of PR projects, creating news events, tracking and collecting information
  • Supporting the bank’s activities, preparing and posting PR materials and articles; write news, press releases, articles, including analytical ones, interaction with the media
  • Promotion of the Bank in the media, at events, through bloggers and opinion leaders
  • Prepare questions for interviews on a given topic, conduct and arrange interviews; preparation and holding of press conferences
  • Tracking PR activities of competitors
  • Internal PR
  • Conducting charitable projects of the bank; work with clients' requests for charity and sponsorship
  • Liaise with internal and external clients (creative/production/media/digital/research agencies, print suppliers)
  • Brand management and work on rebranding the AHBK (preparing internal communications for colleagues, changing the brand in social networks, and visibility in presentations at the level of external speeches during conferences and seminars\webinars);
  • Direct involvement regarding maintaining the brand identity and preserving all the Bank’s marketing materials, working with Head Office
  • Organization of all internal company events (strategic sessions, corporate events)
  • Ensuring the work of the Marketing Department complies with AHBK’s internal normative documents, AHBK’s administrative and planning-coordinating documents and this job description
  • Support product team in conducting existing/potential customers survey
  • Support product team in conducting market research for existing/potential products & services
  • Control over completeness and quality of social letters and other outgoing documents prepared by the Department and, where relevant, other departments

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 10 years of brand management/marketing and/or PR (preferably in financial sector), at least 3 years of experience on managerial positions
  • Work experience in multinational organizations
  • Experience in brand strategy development & implementation (experience in launching/re-launching products)
  • Knowledge & experience of digital tools of promotion
  • Education: Master degree in economics/marketing
  • Knowledge of languages: English - fluent/upper/intermediate, Kazakh - desirable
  • Competent user of MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
