Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Influencer Manager to spearhead our global influencer outreach initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and securing partnerships with influencers who resonate with our partner brands’ products and values. By leveraging influencer marketing, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to match players with the best brands worldwide, optimizing connections across the iGaming landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
Influencer Identification:
• Conduct comprehensive research to identify potential influencers across various platforms (e.g., YouTube, Twitch, Instagram, TikTok) who align with our partner brands.
• Utilize analytics tools to assess influencers’ reach, engagement, audience demographics, and overall fit.
• Stay updated on emerging influencers and trends within the iGaming and entertainment sectors.
Global Outreach and Communication:
• Initiate contact with influencers worldwide, communicating in English or utilizing translation tools for other languages.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and their management teams.
• Negotiate terms of collaboration, including deliverables, timelines, and compensation.
Campaign Development and Management:
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop influencer marketing strategies and campaigns that align with brand objectives.
• Coordinate the creation and delivery of campaign assets and ensure they meet brand guidelines.
• Monitor and manage the execution of influencer campaigns, ensuring they meet agreed-upon objectives and deadlines.
Reporting and Analysis:
• Track and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns against key KPIs.
• Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders on campaign outcomes and ROI.
• Use data to optimize future influencer partnerships and strategies.
• Compliance and Brand Safety:
• Ensure all influencer content complies with legal regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
• Monitor influencer activities to protect brand reputation and maintain compliance with advertising guidelines.
Qualifications:
Experience:
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or similar roles within the digital marketing landscape.
• Proven track record of successfully managing influencer partnerships on a global scale.
• Experience within the iGaming, gaming, or entertainment industry is highly desirable.
Skills and Abilities:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Ability to use translation tools effectively for multilingual communication.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
• Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms and social media analytics tools.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
