Our Ideal Candidate:

• Relevant Experience: Experience in customer service, sales and/or in a managerial position (since we are focused on the development of our employees) will be an advantage
• Languages:
  • Required: English B2+
  • Preferred: Knowledge or willingness to learn Greek and Russian (this question is under discussion)
• Residency: Must live in Limassol, Cyprus
• Work Permit: Must have the right to work in Cyprus
• Personal Qualities and Skills:
  • Independence and persistence in achieving goals
  • Ability to manage various business processes in the store efficiently
  • Flexible thinking, strong personality, logical reasoning, and resourcefulness
  • High level of communication skills and loyalty
  • Honesty, friendliness, proactivity, responsibility, and integrity
  • Understanding or willingness to learn about barefoot shoes
  • Quick task comprehension, energy, and ability to quickly master new tools
  • Interest in personal and professional growth and achieving results

Responsibilities:

• Communication with clients and potential partners to promote the brand and develop customer relationships.
• Direct sales of barefoot shoes for children and adults, aimed at meeting customer needs. We are against aggressive sales: we create an atmosphere where the client is comfortable and calm, and he makes his own decisions. Our goal is to tell you how barefoot shoes have a positive effect on health.
• Attracting new customers, increasing sales and revenue; active participation in the development of the store, offering non-standard solutions, showing initiative.
• Support of the current activities of the store, ensuring smooth operation.
• Interaction with contractors, accountants, suppliers, courier services and other partners to ensure quality service.
• Promptly study the topic of barefoot shoes, a detailed analysis of its advantages and features.
• Performing their duties efficiently and with full involvement
• SMM: shooting, editing and publishing content on the Instagram
