Responsibilities:

Work closely with teams to create a comprehensive framework that aligns with company objectives and client requirements.

Oversee on-site operations to ensure that all operational processes are being followed, including ensuring timely and compliant execution of tasks.

Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for operational improvement and implement corrective actions where necessary.

Development and optimization standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency and consistency across all operations.

Lead efforts to identify risks within operations and develop mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity.

Provide regular reporting and updates to senior management on operational performance, challenges, and progress.

Experience in operations, project management, or a similar role.

Understanding of contract management, payment processes, and financial documentation.

Ability to work collaboratively with developments teams, deploys departments, and external stakeholders.
