Regional Manager

Responsibilities:

• Cooperation with CIS Distributors (focus on Uzbekistan) and timely prolongation/signing of contracts with Distributors
• Control operational work of CIS Distributors in all aspects (order, production, shipment, payment, sales, reporting, aftersales etc) and preparation of internal reports for Kia Top management
• Agree CIS Distributors Business plans, Dealer Network Development plans, Sales plans and strategies, memorandums, Price support proposals etc in order to develop Kia business in the region
• Develop and agree new supply schemes to CIS Distributors, ensure timely signing of Sales and Service Contracts for new schemes, control start of production and sales
• Сontrol timely launch of CKD projects jointly with CIS Distributors
• Support new joint projects development with Uzbekistan Distributor
• Arrange meetings, round table and presentations, support business trip and visit to CIS Distributors

Requirements:

• Higher education,
• 3 years+ experience in automobile business,
• Excellent knowledge of auto business and CIS region (general understanding of Distributors business, main competitors and processes),
• English Intermediate or higher level,
• Excellent knowledge of MS office,
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
